GAH!!!!

One more week!  The money is in! A huge thank you to all of you that gave; I could not do this without all of you!  At this time next week I will be in Mexico for a few days of training and then on Thursday the 24th I will be on my way to Cambodia.

Its really hard to describe how I feel.  Its like a bucket of excitement filled with doubts worries and, "who knows whats going to happen?!"  But under this bucket is solid ground.  I have faith, I trust that God will work out the details.  The author of Psalm 62:8 puts it better then I ever could.  "Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge."

Honestly, I don't know where I'm going. I really don't know details of what work I will be doing there.  I don't know if there will be someone to pick me up from the airport when I arrive in Cambodia; I don't even know what the person I'm meeting looks like!  But this trip is all about going outside of my comfort zone.  And knowing that God is my refuge.

So I want to leave you with a challenge.  I will be gone for three months, in a country I know nothing about; doing work for the Kingdom; way out of my comfort zone.  My challenge for you is to do the same.  Get out of your little bubble and reach out to people!  You don't have to leave for three months to a distant country to go way out of your comfort zone.  Do work for Jesus here.  There is so much that needs to be done.  Jesus said, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few..."  Go out of your comfort zone and share the love to the harvest.
